Best Foods, Goa believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Best Foods marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, New Year etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
The Best Foods, Goa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed by www.nutmall.in the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. The Best Foods, Goa. Will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to “prove otherwise” shall be exclusively on the user.
In the event that a non-acceptance of send package, Best Foods, Goa will reduce 50% of the total value and refund the customer with 50%. Cancellation within 24 hours will result in repayment of 75% of total value and 25 % deduction will be made by Best Foods, Goa for the expenses incurred
The Best Foods, Goa shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of the Best Foods, Goa.
The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. The Best Foods, Goa will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Goa shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes arising out or pertaining hereto.
